The Author is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, who traveled the world and lived in many different countries. Her son was born in Germany, and his first word was “licht” which means light in English. At the age of two, her son was diagnosed with a speech delay. He wasn’t speaking the number of words required in English or Deutsch for his age group. At the time there weren’t any children’s stories available he could relate to directly. This book addresses that void.
