This trilogy brings us back to the state of Georgia between 1900 and 1929. The Jim Crow era is in full swing. In the midst is a murder mystery in which a former enslaved individual, who received the first college degree from Cornell University acts as an amateur detective to try and solve the crime and a whole of a heck more.
