Phartman is an intergalactic spaceman from the planet Gasion. who has landed in a remote farmers field to evaluate the use of cabbages as fuel for their spacecraft. Charlie a local police sargeant battles to keep his space visitor away from a nosey but hapless local reporter, to protect Phartman and his innocent outlook on life.
